Breast implant massage can be associated with complications such as bleeding and capsular contracture.  Discuss this matter with your surgeon.

You should follow the instructions of your own plastic surgeon. However my opinion massage has no benefit in breast augmentation patients and if done too vigorously could actually do harm.

Hello. Keep monitoring the area. Your plastic surgeon sounds like he is aware of the situation. Just follow his instructions and continue your follow up visits. It is still early in the postoperative period. Best wishes.

Breast augmented breasts mayh take 4-6 months to heal and soften. Be patient.  If concerned, talk with your surgeon.

You should of course follow the instructions your surgeon has given you, however you might find that many have given up on breast massage as there has been little evidence to support it. More bruising is a worry that what you are doing is not helping your recovery so seek your surgeons advice.

Things sound totally normal. Some soreness at a month with implant massage and movement are to be expected. I am glad to hear you trust your PS! Thats the most important source of information you have. Good luck and be well.
