Wanting my 310 cc submuscular implants out. I do not want them replaced. What are the odds that my breast goes back to what it looks like before? I feel like I have a bit more tissue at 27 than I did when I was very thin at 23 photos of now and preop. I breast-fed for three years and my breasts were pretty big and managed to go back down, hoping that’s the case here?

If your surgeon sutured the tissue back down in this area, then you need to give it a year to completely heal and avoid excessive lifting and reaching for a while longer. You may not get deep cleavage again, but also may not have had it prior to implants.
