Hello! This is a follow-up to my previous question. I am 38 and recently had 20 yr old saline implants removed along with a lift. My skin lifted off my sternum a bit with the original implants, which my initial surgeon attempted to stitch down with little improvement. Now that I don’t have implants, I’ve been told to give it time but am wondering if I should get a second opinion about how and when this can be fixed. The photo is from 1 month p/o explant/lift. What can be done to fx the middle?
