Poor outcomes after liposuction happen from time to time. It's important to assess why the results are what they are. Some people's bodies are asymmetrical, which leaves them limited to asymmetrical outcomes. Sometimes the liposuction is done poorly or unevenly and needs to be revised. If liposuction is done with excessive aggressiveness, then corrections for this become very difficult.
