Is cortisone shots the best way to remove scar tissue lumps from Laser Lipo? (photos)

I had laser Lipo 3 years ago and now I have hard lumps under my belly putt on and it makes me appear to have a bigger stomach. I've tried massaging and I've tried untrasound and laser light therapy. Is there anything that I can do that really works? I won't even take my shirt off in public anymore. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

I suggest seeing a revision surgeon, these irregularities need properly performed hi definition dynamic liposuction (multiple devices to get better contour improvement) . Please see an expert. External devices like velashape or venus legacy will likely not help well at this time but could be tried.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thanks for the question, sounds like you have done alot, may be worth seeing your doc and getting some imaging done to make sure nothing else is going on

Along with massage and ultrasound treatment, cortizone injections may help soften the lumpy areas.  I would suggest you have your doctor try a small area first before treating the whole abdomen.  Best wishes, Dr Lepore.
