Is cortisone shots the best way to remove scar tissue lumps from Laser Lipo? (photos)

I had laser Lipo 3 years ago and now I have hard lumps under my belly putt on and it makes me appear to have a bigger stomach. I've tried massaging and I've tried untrasound and laser light therapy. Is there anything that I can do that really works? I won't even take my shirt off in public anymore. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

This is not a common reaction to any types of liposuction but can occur from any energy based procedure.  I suggest you see a cosmetic dermatologist immediately for a wound care evaluation so you do not get as extensive scarring or pigmentation changes.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thanks for the question and congrats on the baby,  you could likely make an improvement with extreme exercise but liposuction would definitely help facilitate the process faster for you

Thanks for the question, I have had some great success melting and softening the gland with the laser to reduce the chance of needing to add the scar around the areola which a lot of man do not want to have, the procedure is done as an outpatient procedure and can even be done with just some...

No I would not suggest having any treatment done while pregnant, there are no studies that support the safety of these devices in pregnancy

Thanks for the question, I am sorry you had such a bad experience, from time to time people can not tolerate awake liposuction and the procedure has to be abandoned for something with more anesthesia
