I have some fat - but mostly water weight - around my midsection which I cannot get rid of, due to being on testosterone therapy . I work out 5 days a week, am very fit everywhere else, and drink tons of water along with eating healthily.

This is not a common reaction to any types of liposuction but can occur from any energy based procedure. I suggest you see a cosmetic dermatologist immediately for a wound care evaluation so you do not get as extensive scarring or pigmentation changes. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thanks for the question and congrats on the baby, you could likely make an improvement with extreme exercise but liposuction would definitely help facilitate the process faster for you
Thank you for your question. Certainly laser lipo or smart lipo can be done. It will be more effective if they have more fatty tissue than glandular tissue. This is an office procedure and pt can go home after the surgery. If they have mainly glandular tissue, they likely need excisional surgery.
