I am 165 cm tall and I weight around 53 kilos. My cup size is 32 B. I want to go two cups bigger. Any suggestions?

The best way
to determine the size that fits your personal perception of the perfect breast
is to try on sizers. This way you can see how they fit on you, how they add to
your current volume, and whether they fit your frame. Although the surgeon can
guide you, only you will be able to tell what is the right size. Try on sizers.
Measuring a diameter and then telling the patient what volume they can
have (in high, moderate or moderate plus implants) in my mind is backwards. The
patients should be allowed to choose the volume. Then the surgeon carefully
considers the base diameter, projection, profile, manufacturer, and fill
material that will achieve the patients goals of size as well as qualitative
look (natural, intermediate, or bold upper pole fullness or projection), all
the while taking into consideration the patient's anatomic features that will
affect the outcome. The experience of the surgeon and the degree to which
they explain the options to you is of utmost importance. The subtlety in the
final outcome is not achieved by which profile implant is used, it is
determined by the skill in the creation of the pocket, the choice of implant.
Don't let the doctor tell you what would look good on you. They cannot tell
what you perceive to be the best size. That is up to you.

You must feel comfortable with your implant selection. Take as many visits with your plastic surgeon to pick which style, projection, size implants would give you the results you desire based upon your particular anatomy and measurements.

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. After discussing your expectations and taking measurements, your surgeon will be able to provide a small range of sizes based on dimensional breast augmentation which takes into account your breast measurements and desired look. chest wall measurements.  Think of it as custom tailor for your body.

The type of implant depends on the
desired look you want to achieve.

Silicone will give you a fullness at the
top (upper pole fullness).

Silicone implants come pre-filled with a
silicone gel and are the softest implant available. They feel more natural,
which makes them a good option for women with less natural breast tissue; but
they require a larger incision. It may be more difficult to realize if this
type of implant has ruptured, so it is important to monitor them with annual
follow-up visits. Additionally, because this implant contains a more liquid
silicone (less cross-linked), if this implant should rupture, it will leak only
into the scar capsule formed around the implant but may cause some discomfort
or implant distortion.

Anatomic gummy bear implants might be a
good choice to give you volume.

These highly-sought-after, anatomic
implants offer a look that more closely resembles the natural silhouette of a

For a 2 cup size increase, I would consider a high profile round implant.  I suggest 3D  photographic analysis to make sure you are happy with this look.

There are important difference between shaped implants and round implants. This is particularly true with measurements that must be taken. Make sure your doctor has taken the appropriate measurements and allowed ample discussion with you. I spend a lot of time now with my breast implant discussion as the shaped implants from sientra have come into market because of how great they work. But they only work great in the right person with the right measurements and desires. Best wishes. 

Dear CiroMar,Front and side view pictures would have been very helpful. That is because in my 28 years of practice , I have noticed that many women tend to over estimate their breasts size, mainly because 'Victoria secrets' makes the bra size smaller , so women feel better about their breasts size. Your 32 B cup might be 32 A or even small A by direct measurement.  Since you mentioned that you would like to be 2 sizes bigger, meaning for you 32 D cup.  You will need implants with volume of 250 cc, however if your are 32 A , you will need 375 cc implants and if 32 small A - 400 cc. As far as type of implants, I use almost exclusively, smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants.    The best way to select your surgeon is to consult with experience board certified plastic surgeons and check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive.
