Hi!It will take about 6-9 months for the final results to show.  Your skin will continue to improve but you can also help those areas out by using skin tighten devices such as themi RF, external RF devices, possible lymphatic massages.  You are too early in the healing process to determine the final result or need for revision procedures!

You may still have some swelling, which may last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease any swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Thank you for your question and submitting your photos. At the three month period in the arms most of the swelling has resolved and most of the skin tightening has occurred. There are definitely area where too much fat was removed resulting in depressions as well as irregular areas on the inner side of the arm. I would first consult with your surgeon to see if he/she can improve your result. It may require fat grafting to fill in some of the depressions. If you do not want to return to the surgeon who performed your initial procedure, seek out a body sculpting specialist with a good reputation.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
