In certain lights, the dent causes a terrible shadow and I look disfigured. Would aggressive resurfacing help correct the dent along with the wrinkles? In the meantime, as Restylane silk doesn't seem to last long anymore when injected directly into the lines, will injecting the lips and/or lip border assist with softening the lines as well? Thanks so much!

Sometimes fillers work well, but typically a lip lift is the best options.  We adjust the lip so that it is held up exactly the way you are showing in the photograph. That's done in the office with local anesthesia and is both effective and well tolerated. Best of luck!
