I noticed that my right breast dropped lower than my left breast, could it be a ruptured implant? Should I get an MRI? (photos)

My breast aug was on Jan 6th, 2021.This AM I noticed my R breast had significantly dropped much lower than my L breast and now my breasts look lopsided.I look at my breast everyday, I feel as if it happened over night. My R nipple is also painful&sensitive but it’s not 24/7. My R breast does not feel as firm as the left. I do sleep on my chest and just recently started doing chest workouts.I know a rupture is unlikely, Do you recommend I get an MRI or is this normal one year post op?
