Wide-set breasts, no real cleavage. What can I do to fix it?

I'm a 49 year old MtF & had breast augmentation. I"m 5'10" 165lbs with 770 cc silicone moderate profile implants & sub-muscular. Proportionally they are a good fit & I am pleased with the results. However because of my body structure & where my muscles attach, they are wide-set with about 2.5-3.inch space between left & right breasts. So no real good cleavage. Anything I can do to fix that? A specific bra that pushes from side, exercise, medical fix?

There are several things you can try to enhance the appearance of your cleavage:
