Square appearance 3 days post op BBL. It’s like a big hump and indent. (Photos)

Hello. Swelling is normal, especially if you are only 3 days post op. Early post op is when most of the swelling happens. It will get better with time. A better fitting post op garment will also help with the swelling. Please be patient. It does look like it is a little bit square on top but it is too early to see how the end result will be.

The recovery after a BBL  could vary depending in the case and the patient. You are early in the healing process, what you are describing is normal I recommend to follow the instructions given by your surgeon and if you still have doubts talk to your doctor for a consult.
