I got a bbl 3 days ago and it looks like all the doctor did was inject the fat into the upper part of my bottom and it’s like a big hump and indent. 1 day post op my doctor said it’s just swelling and it will go down but shouldn’t I beable to see somewhat of the shape I’ll have ? I feel like he just brushed my concern off because he knows it looks bad . Will the square shape and indent fill out when the swelling goes down or did the doc just mess me up ?
