How soft or firm should breast be after capsulectomy? (photo)

Is it like the initial surgery and will take a little time to soften? Or should results be more immediate? I had a revision done on 1/15/16 to right breast only, for capsular contracture grade iii. The implant was also replaced. The right breast is visibly much lower but breast remains a little firm. My initial surgery was 4/17/15 and the left breast settled and soften very nicely within a couple of months. The right breast almost immediately started showing signs of contracture.

Breast #revision surgery is more difficult, complicated, and requires more time than primary surgery. Capsular contracture may recur regardless of surgeries being performed at this time and may require additional surgeries. There is as much as a 40% chance!!! that additional surgery will be needed following this operation. Also, any asymmetries regarding the folds under your breasts will not be totally corrected. 
It can be up to one year see your final result. Your doctor may also require you to move or massage the implants within the breast pockets during the #postoperative period. (#Textured implants do not require breast massage.)  You will be informed about this at your post-operative visit. You must have patience, but if there are any causes of concern, ask questions of the doctor or the nursing staff.

Secondary procedures for your problem have to be planned very carefully. If you truly had a tight capsule only on one breast, it may be appropriate to address only the one side. The problem is that if there is even slight tightening of the other implant capsule that maybe isn't palpable yet, then the operated side will feel softer and appear lower than the other side.I frequently will actually perform a capsulectomy on both breasts simultaneously for this problem, because that allows more control over producing symmetry.

Without in person examination appears as an acceptable result. The posted one photo shows very very minor asymmetry. Allow 3 months healing than re evaluate..
