Is 600cc enough for each butt cheek ? (photos)

There is no way of telling how much went into the ideal picture. There is no before so you can't tell what that particular patient looked like prior to surgery. 600-1200cc per side are average amounts. If you don't feel like 600 would be sufficient, get a second opinion with another board certified plastic surgeon and address your concerns. Thanks for your question.In medicine you can not talk about exact numbers, but approximate. If you want a volume like the photo, you would need much more cc, but also would need a good liposuction entire back, waist, and a tummy tuck, this way you will be beautiful and similar to the photo.Regards!

600 mL sounds conservative to me.In your post you state you are considering having liposuction of multiple areas.You will have liposuction since it's not possible to do a Brazilian without having fat harvested from somewhere.The most common areas for five harvest is the abdomen waist and hips.This by itself will create the image of a larger round or bottom. I don't think you can compare yourself to your wish picture.The picture you have posted is about a woman who is torso is substantially smaller than your own.You may be able to achieve her actual size but will not be able to achieve her proportions.In comparing your wish picture to yourself the biggest limitation is not necessarily in what the fat transfer can deliver but rather the limitations of liposuction on someone such as yourself.I'm a firm believer or upsetting honest realistic expectations with patients.While there's no substitute for an in person evaluation to get an accurate assessment my best guess is that you carry a few extra pounds of intra-abdominal fat, May possibly have some muscle separation from previous pregnancies and have moderate skin laxity. When comparing before and after pictures it's important to look for people who look similar to yourself in the before pictures.This is the most realistic way of determining what someone can look like after a procedure.When this is done and before and after pictures are honest and off manipulated in anyway and patients can get an honest and accurate assessment.This typically leads to long-term satisfaction with cosmetic surgical procedures.I suggest getting several consultations with board-certified plastic surgeon's who have great expertise in body contouring.Your best results will most likely come from having aggressive liposuction of your upper abdomen, lower abdomen, hips, waist and back in conjunction with a Brazilian.Based on pictures alone my average fat grafting volume would be around 1200 mL per side.I would anticipate removing at least 5000 mL of pure fat from the liposuction if all the above areas were treated. Sometimes that I'm out of surgery requires two separate procedures.I perform all my liposuction and fat transfer without the use of general anesthesia.Will use no needles no sutures and no scalpels.My practice is exclusively devoted to liposuction in for a transfer.There are many excellent plastic surgeons in Florida Who also exclusively tailor  their practice to body contouring.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
