There is no way of telling how much went into the ideal picture. There is no before so you can't tell what that particular patient looked like prior to surgery. 600-1200cc per side are average amounts. If you don't feel like 600 would be sufficient, get a second opinion with another board certified plastic surgeon and address your concerns.
