What surgery will get me a smaller waist? (Photo)

Question

Hi, I want to know how to get a tiny waist. Also, I want to fill in my hips a little more and butt. Is it possible for me to get close to any of my goal pics ?

Kenneth Hughes, MD · Answer

Liposuction will give you a smaller waist and that fat can be transferred to the hips to accentuate the waist hip ratio.Kenneth Hughes, MDBeverly Hills, CA

Barry L. Eppley, MD, DMD · Answer

The problem that you have in trying to achieve your goals is that you do not have enough fat to transfer to make much of any difference in your hips and buttocks. That would make the biggest difference in trying to achieve that waistline look. Further waistline reduction can really only be achieved by liposuction and lower rib removals of which the rib removals would make the biggest difference.

You are very thin, and do not have a lot of fat to use for a BBL. I doubt very highly that yu can achieve a look similar to the goal photos

I'm an exotic dancer getting a BBL how long would it be until I can go back to work.

Can my buttock be reconstructed by fat transfer or an ellipse?
