I'm not sure what your headline means. But, botulinum helps with the wrinkles and indentations. To raise your brows, a browlift can be done without lowering your forehead.

You seem a good candidate for open forehead lift with hairline incision. Incision placed into hairline in person with your skin tone and hair color should be almost invisible. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure is recommended.

Most likely only surgical option is the best alternative, but you might want to try H fillers for dent with Botox, or micro crafting. Again best to virtual consult with.
