Forehead is a mess, so many irregularities. What are my options?

what are my options? Had a brow ptosis he did forehead lift and he lowered my forehead a lot without my consent! can this be fixed one photo is looking forward if I look down or frown it looks horrific.

Excess skin or tissue in the forehead area may need to be adjusted, which can help restore a more natural appearance. Additionally, if there are depressions or scars in the forehead, fillers or botox treatments may improve the appearance.
