Would a hair transplant help lower my hairline and create the appearance of a smaller forehead? (photos)

I have always been insecure about my hairline ever since I was a little kid as my forehead had always been larger than my middle and lower thirds. I understand it is unorthodox and as I age my hairline will recede naturally requiring me to need another procedure, but this is simply the one major insecurity I've had for most of my life. All I seek is at best a minor reduction in forehead height. I simply need expert opinions that can provide an objective view on the matter.

The answer to your question is not a short one.  My first thought is that your hairline is not that high and am not certain where the insecurity comes from.  If you are male your hairline will recede.  If you have hair transplants then it will recede BEHIND the new hairline and look very odd.  You will need multiple hair transplant procedures.  Hairline lowering, surgically, is aggressive but I have done this alone and in combination with browlift procedures.  Again, if you are male you have to exercise caution.
