Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for your photos and question! This is very likely caused by underlying bone that is over-projected. Chin reduction surgery can be performed to reshape the chin bone to make it appear less prominent. (The bone is re-shaped by shaving it down without the need for sawing it or placing plates or screws). I perform this technique with a minimally invasive approach under general anesthesia through a small incision inside the mouth.
