I really don't like my side profile. My chin sticks out and when I smile it sticks out weirdly even more. What can I do? (Photo)

I'm not sure what procedure this would fit in, but i would like to permanently remove the way it jabs out.

You can start with just a chin implant. Your nose is cute with a nice upturn and there is really nothing wrong. If you want to reduce the general size of your nose and balance things, a chin implant can be done. We do those right in the office usually and they take only about 20 minutes. Watch...

I do this several times each week. The amount that can be removed depends upon many factors including your skin thickness, muscle size, tooth position, etc. With a before and after photo I may be able to tell you if more can be received, and yes, 1 cm is not impossible at all.

It looks like the implant was placed through an intraoral incision. Do you know if any screws were placed to keep it in the correct position? I would recommend a CT to determine the position of the implant. The intraoral webbing can be improved with a laser or radiofrequency device. You might...
