Instead, consider a more refined approach like neck tightening with laser lipo, which can contour and define the lower face. Additionally, adding volume to the jawline with fat injections can subtly enhance your profile, providing a more naturally defined jawline and chin without the risk of an exaggerated or bulky look. Based on your description and photos, if you desire a more defined jawline and chin, a chin implant could be a suitable option for you. As an alternative, I may prefer to perform facial fat grafting on chin and jawline for contouring the face.

It appears you would benefit from a chin implant. This will lengthen the appearance of the mandible. You would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increase the incisor show and pulls up the corners. The scar will be at the nose-skin junction and the chin implant can be done intra-orally.

Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for the questions and photos! Overall, you don't have major bony deficiencies, but the right implants can be subtle enhancements. A modest sized chin implant would be appropriate, as well as submalar cheek implants. If you wish to further accentuate your jawline, you may also consider a procedure called NeckTite, which is the application of bipolar radiofrequency energy to the skin and subcutaneous fat. This essentially tightens the skin and reduces the fat layer so that the jawline becomes more defined. With all of these procedures, no visible incisions/scars are necessary. Hope this helps!
