One of my eyes opens wider than the other. I am including a picture- but it's hard to capture in a selfie. It's more dramatic in person. I'm wondering if getting more Botox for the smaller eye would help open it. I had Botox and that seems to have contributed to the unevenness. It's a very strange look at the moment.
Answer: Pretty symmetric Your eyes are pretty symmetric to me. If you are talking about the slight bit of upper lid skin on the left side? then more botox would not help it. It appears from the picture that your left face is higher than the right. If that's the case there will also be some minor differences in each side.

Answer: Botox for symmetrical eyes This seems to look like the aftermath of jelly roll Botox. Both eyes appear exaggeratedly large, it's alright if this was what you were looking out for in the first place. Yes, a unit or two in the smaller eye can help opening it but again perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed. Otherwise, you can wait for the botox to wear off in both the eyes and start afresh with lower doses injected symmetrically.
