Can Botox be used in the hair line area after a FUE transplant or will it affect results?

Based on your concerns, I do not recommend injecting Botox into the hairline. Instead, I recommend Exosome injections to stimulate existing hair follicles and to promote hair restoration. 'Thegreenteadrinker', you ought to consider the following: (1) what 'exactly' are you are aiming to achieve?; (2) it takes several months for the follicles to fully engraft after F.U.E. transplantation (and the first few weeks are accompanied by some shedding of the transplanted hairs); (3) there are anecdotal reports of hair-loss in people who have received BoNT-A (e.g., BOTOX) injections; however, I'm neither aware of any clear molecular pathways for this nor of any substantially agreed causal relationship between neuromodulators and hair loss. Now, having said all of this, my suggestion would be as follows: you're more likely to be upset if your hair transplantation is compromised (in comparison with the aesthetics of not getting BOTOX for a few months), and, accordingly therefore, you ought to defer your wish for a few more months at least.

There is no concern in injecting Botox near or within an area of hair loss or hair transplant. Like all things neuromodulator (e.g. Botox, Dysport, etc), always best to check with an expert dermatologist.
