Help! Aged 10 years in 3 months because of Botox under eyes. Will it go back to normal? Will I need surgery? (Photo)

42 & had under eye filler 4 yrs ago w/no issues. Recently when I smile I have creases. On Jan. 24 I got 2 shots of Botox in the areas that creased. I didn’t see a difference & saw another doctor on 3/21 & she gave me Botox in my inner corner, outer corner, & in the middle of my under eye. The day of the Botox I cried, so maybe it spread, but ever since then, my under eyes have looked terrible & it’s aged me 10 yrs. See pics. What can I do?

Botox effects are temporary.  You should return to your pre-treatment appearance as the product effects gradually fade, typically over three to four months though for some it can be a bit longer.  You can try to address the creases with other treatments such as Morpheus8.  We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.
