Botox 90 days ago caused cheek ptosis - please advise (Photos)

This can be a result of injection accuracy and/or facial anatomy variations. Thankfully, botox metabolizes. Since it has already been 90 days, it has likely already improved slightly though probably very gradually. It should continue to improve. It's difficult to say exactly how long it will take for full resolution, but the estimate of 3-6 months is reasonable. Moving forward, you may need to skip the lower crows feet injection point. I'm sorry you are having issues from your Botox treatment. The effects from your treatment are not permanent. They should gradually fade over the next three to four months, though sometimes they can last a bit longer. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
