Will a 130cc increase make a difference?

If you are small, your tissue may not support heavy implants. Measurements and an examination is needed to see what could be your maximum size and still look good long term. Usually, 250-300 cc's is the maximum for most women like you.

It would have been helpful to see your breasts' front and half side view pictures and to know your breasts and chest circumference measurement in inches. Let's assume that you are 32 A cup size, 130 cc implants will bring you to 32 B cup size. If you are 34 A cup size, these implants will bring you to 34 small B cup size. Will that make a difference for you ? In my experience of 36 years and having performed breasts augmentation on thousands of patients, I have learned that small breasts women are happy with minimum 2 cup size increase, which in your case will be C cup size . It means that for 32 C cup size you will need added volume of 250 cc and for 34 C - 300 cc. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures at the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent, symmetrical and attractive with nice cleavage, perky and natural looking.
