Can I go for facial cleansing after revision rhinoplasty by two months?

i had my revision rhinoplasty before 2 months and i'd like to go for facial cleansing session and i was wondering is it ok to let them clean the nose area?

Without an in person examination it is impossible to give very accurate advice. In general at three weeks it is very early in the healing phase to know what your nose will look like. In my rhinoplasty surgeries I expect some swelling of the dorsum and it would be better to have it slightly full...

Rearranging the tissues within the nose to close a septal perforation can sometimes change the appearance of the nose and cause intranasal webbing or scarring the impairs breathing.  Repairing this to improve breathing is often covered by insurance.

Thank you for the photos.  From the photos, it appears your nasal tip cartilage has been narrowed by moving them towards the center of the nose which often causes downward movement of the tip of the nose.  This can definitely be corrected by elevating the tip with wither the lateral...
