Need a revision after an over aggressive rhinoplasty. My nose is twice as small as before. Should I accept it? (Photo)

I asked to the surgeon to shave the bump down and refine the tip and that's the result, i went to the craziest surgeon in the world. i did a lot of researches and i'm sure that to come back to a well proportioned and relatively big nose i need ribs and ear/septum. I esteemed i need 7 mm on the dorsum and 5/6 mm in tip projection. Am i asking too much? should i accept to live with a small nose? Do you have any advices about which surgeon to choose? Thanks a lot in advance for the help
