You hardly needed a radical rhinoplasty. Correction to get you back a good dorsum would require dorsum augmentation and you have many options. Cartilage grafts will be necessary to improve your profile and nasal definition. For the profile I would use diced cartilage harvested from your ears wrapped in fascia. Only you can decide if it is worth the time and expense to have a revision. Select a surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty.
