I had my third rhinoplasty (second revision), twenty days ago in order to correct the deviation and the bulb tip of my nose. So now,as you can see in my photos, 3 weeks later (20 days) i notice that my nose still has deviation and also my nostrils look uneven (my nostrils were fine before the last surgery). I am very worried and anxious about it. Is this just swelling or just another bad rhinoplasty? Will my nose be normal without deviation and uneven nosrils after the healing proccess?

Dear Kelseyville825,You can find several surgeons who perform a significant amount of rhinoplastyYou should see someone who performs a few per week so you know you are in good handsCheck out before and after photos to get an idea of which surgeon you likeBest,Nima Shemirani
Your breathing was worsened by an attempt to repair a functional issue. Your insurance should have assisted with that and should assist with any functional nasal surgery. Your doctors office will be able to determine if you will be covered for the procedure.
