I'm sorry to hear of your depression and encourage you to speak to your primary care physician for a referral.  There is no way to get a "free" mommy makeover.  These procedures are elective and not covered by insurance.  Many surgeons do accept credit companies such as CareCredit and PatientFi to help you with financing.

Honestly, we get this question on this site every so often and you may be able to get some reduced fees by going to a residency training program, but it would be very unlikely that you can get elective cosmetic surgery that has no medical necessity for free.
