I know this procedure is not a weight loss solution. I'm 5'1 and 170lbs. I'm fine with my weight. I just want to feel better in my clothes and everyday life. I'm looking to get a tummy tuck with Lipo to my problem areas. Along with a breat lift with possible implants ( I am 38 d), lipo to my inner thighs and chin. I just started back up at the gym. And would like to be down about 15-20 lbs before my surgery.

Congratulations on your decision to take control of your body.  As stated previously, patients are encouraged to get as close to their ideal weight as is reasonably possible BEFORE surgery.  This has the benefits of better and longer lasting results and a lower complication rate.  Once you are there (or close), have a consultation with an experienced board-certified Plastic Surgeon to determine what the best surgical plan is for YOU.  This may involve some or all of the procedures you have mentioned and may require one or more stages to obtain optimal results.  My practice is in the Cleveland area.  A ballpark estimate of costs for a combination of tummy tuck and breast lift at a surgery center through my practice would be about $12-13,000.  If breast implants are used or liposuction is done, the cost would be an addition $3-5,000.  I hope this helps.  Best of luck in your quest for a new and improved figure.

Thanks for the question. When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider,  type of breast implants (if utilized)… are some of the potential variables involved.  You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways. Overall, I would estimate the cost for breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, and possible implants to be 25-30K. Congratulations on getting back to the gym.  Loosing 15 to 20 lbs. prior to your mommy makeover will significantly improve your surgical results and decrease the risks involved in the surgery.  Costs for a mommy makeover can vary depending in the time and complexity involved in each individual case, but can run in excess of $20,000.  That said, I believe Dr. Pousti has given you good advise.  Your primary concern should be in choosing your surgeon based on their skills, safety, and patient rapport.
