When I got my implants changed from saline to silicone the doctor suggested going larger to reduce rippling? I am definitely willing to go smaller - would prefer it actually. Another concern is that I need to gave a mole removed from the top of my right breast. Since the skin is stretched so tightly I am worried about scarring.
