You can change to smaller implants and have the mole removed at the same time.Try to research this to find the surgeon who consistently produces the
results you would expect. Look at reviews on this site and see who gets the surgery right every time. Find

a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast
augmentations and breast augmentation revisions each year. Then look at
the plastic surgeon's
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

If you do not want to go larger then it is probably not a good idea.  Without seeing you in person it is difficult to comment.

I would agree with you that it is not a good idea to “go larger” than you feel comfortable with  in the long-term, in an effort to reduce rippling. Instead, I would suggest that you communicate your size goals carefully with your plastic surgeon. In my practice, I find the use of goal pictures helpful during this communication process. The use of acellular dermal matrix can also be very helpful in helping provide additional coverage over breast implants, thereby reducing rippling/palpability of the breast implants. I would also suggest that you think twice about removing a benign mole;  the resulting scar may be of more concern than the current mole. Make your decisions carefully. Best wishes.
