Thank you for sharing your question. Assuming you are only recently out from surgery I would advocate a tighter fitting bra that can push the implant into the desired location until scar tissue forms to help prevent its sagging. Unfortunately most cases of a double bubble require surgery to correct. Hope this helps.
I suggest following your surgeon's post op instructions as he/she may different protocols. Please speak to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.Regards,
Dear yakviv30,every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
I do not routinely tape a double bubble. If it is more than a few days after surgery, it is likely not going to help much. If I correct a double bubble I will often have my patients buy a thong bra to hold the breasts in place and push down the previously elevated soft tissue below the fold.
Hello and thank you for your question! I would advise you to be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation and be examined. I hope this helps and best of luck to you!
Without photographs of your breasts both preoperatively and postoperatively it is impossible to determine if you are bottoming out. A consultation with your surgeon can determine if this is occurring, and how it should be managed.
You are still very early post op. It can take up to 3 months for your breasts to settle in. Please speak with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.Regards,
