Why is my skin loose and wrinkled on one breast after augmentation? (photo)

Question

Wrinkled Skin after breast augmentation 4 weeks post op. Had assymetry. One side 500cc and other 409cc gel silicone. For last 2 weeks skin is wrinkled like I am 80 years old.What is causing wrinkled skin on the right breast upper pole . When I search online I see only rippling and I don't have that.

Your skin, breast tissue, and fat surrounding the implant contribute to wrinkling on the right breast.  You are very early in the recovery process, so I would not be overly concerned at this point. I don't actually see any difference between your 2 sides.  You are early in your recovery process, so much will still change over the next weeks/months.  Don't overanalyse anything until your results have completely settled.  There is nothing specific that you need to be doing at this point.  Continue to have reviews with your surgeon.  All the best

It is very hard to see any wrinkling in the photo. You need to give it several months to heal first and see how things settle.

Your photos are difficult to see but in the preop one, it looks like your breasts were drooping enough that implants alone might not fix everything. Best to give things 6 months of full healing and reassess later. A breast lift can elevate the nipples and tighten up the skin.
