Why are my breast implants showing when I lift up my arms? (Photo)

Good morning!
You definitely have
some bottoming out with a double bubble deformity. I
recommend the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing
technique which corrects your bottoming out and double bubble and
lifts and supports your implants over the long term- it is actually the
most common revision I perform, about 5-6 times a week- it works and it
lasts!

You appear to have bottomed out - where your implant has fallen below your breast fold line. It is creating that double bubble look. Please speak to your surgeon to discuss your next steps.Regards,

Excellent question.  I am guessing that your saline implants were positioned under the pectoralis muscle.  With lifting your arms, the implants seem to be pushed downward and cause the appearance of two lower breast fullnesses.  This may have resulted from the muscle retracting upward and leaving less coverage over the lower pole of the breasts.  I don't think that this will improve and the muscle can't be 'pulled lower'.  The repair would be to use a tissue substitute, such as Strattice, to provide a more even layer of tissue over the lower poles of your breasts where this is apparent.  Consult your plastic surgeon or obtain a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon who has an extensive experience in correcting this type of result.
