Normal liposuction does not get nearly as effective results as the VASER in terms of muscle definition or in my opinion, overall results. Therefore, since you are seeking muscle definition, I would highly recommend VASER liposuction. You also mentioned 360 liposuction. 360 liposuction is just a term to describe lliposuction of the abdomen, hips, and lower back. It is sometimes also used to describe liposuction of the entire body.
