The Vaser device causes skin retraction. Sagging skin can occur after liposuction particularly when large amounts of fat are removed. However the evaluation of post liposuction laxity may take up to one year to assess how loose the skin remains after the procedure. Removing subcutaneous fat can create some skin compromise.

Generally speaking well done liposuction should not create skin laxity.

Certain areas respond better to liposuction than others. Inner thigh is an area that tends to not deliver results similar to our patients had hoped for and an attempt of getting quality results by being aggressive inner thigh Liposuction can lead to skin laxity issues or contour irregularities.

I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive Liposuction experience. During consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures of liposuction of the anatomic areas you’re interested in having treated. An experienced provider should have a collection of before and after pictures that reads like a telephone book.

There is no particular advantage in recovery to using VASER.

From your photos, I note moderate fat repositories involving the abdomen, flanks, hips, and thighs. I do not see significant stretch marks or hanging loose skin.
If one thinks of the skin as the rubber "skin" of an inflated balloon, one can remove some volume of air and there will not be wrinkling of the balloon envelope. But if too much is removed, the surface of the skin will begin to wrinkle and eventually sag.
As you do not demonstrate significantly loose skin, it appears that you are a suitable candidate for vaser liposuction.
