5 6 & 200 lb. I was wanting BBL. I would like an overall better shape as well as hip dips filled in but main wish is a smaller stomach! I’ve researched the tape method for loose skin after bbl & seen Great results. My question is should I do TT, TT with BBL, or BBL lipo 360 only? I’ve gotten bbl quotes & 2 recommended TT plus bbl. If TT & bbl are together only 1 L of fat can be removed which I don’t know is enough to justify even doing bbl instead of JUST TT. Or will 4L with BBL be better.

Answer: Tummy tuck, or TT with BBL together, or only BBL? (Photo) Ideal candidates for liposuction 360/BBL are at or near their ideal weight (losing 25 pounds would enhance your results and decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery) and have good skin elasticity. Based on your photos you can obtain nice contours from these procedures. Fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms,1 back, etc. and transferred to the hips and buttocks. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. Three to six months later have the TT so that the result will be as tight as possible.

Answer: BBL? Tummy Tuck? Both? Thank you for your questions and photos! First and foremost, at my practice (and at most practices) you are required to have a BMI of 30 or below. Currently, you have a BMI of 32.2. First, we would need to work with you to lower your BMI slightly, which is very doable! An in person consultation will be necessary, but I would recommend comprehensive 360 liposuction with a tummy tuck and a BBL. This will give you the most overall improvement in shape. Good luck!
