Ideal candidates for liposuction 360/BBL are at or near their ideal weight (losing 25 pounds would enhance your results and decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery) and have good skin elasticity. Based on your photos you can obtain nice contours from these procedures. Fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms,1 back, etc. and transferred to the hips and buttocks. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. Three to six months later have the TT so that the result will be as tight as possible.

Thank you for your questions and photos! First and foremost, at my practice (and at most practices) you are required to have a BMI of 30 or below. Currently, you have a BMI of 32.2. First, we would need to work with you to lower your BMI slightly, which is very doable! An in person consultation will be necessary, but I would recommend comprehensive 360 liposuction with a tummy tuck and a BBL. This will give you the most overall improvement in shape.

I would lean towards a full tummy tuck with liposuction of your flanks and back and not the BBL- I think you will look awesome!

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Later, liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks can be performed.

Thank you for your question. It is best to be seen in person, but based on the photos alone you appear to be a candidate for a BBL and a Tummy Tuck. Unfortunately liposuction alone and fat transfer to the buttocks will not address the loose skin on the lower abdomen, however I personally recommend performing a BBL first and then a Tummy Tuck at a later date. Combining a tummy tuck with a BBL makes recovery difficult. One cannot sleep on their stomach (TT) or their back (BBL). To get the best results, I generally recommend to perform the lipo/BBL first and then perform a tummy tuck six or more months later to address loose skin. I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon (virtually or in person) so they may assess you determine what procedures you are a candidate for.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. There is no doubt that after liposuction of the abdomen, you are going to have skin excess and laxity and are not going to be happy with that result. You need a tummy tuck. In that case, the right way to do this is in two stages. First stage is aggressive liposuction of abdomen, flanks, and back with fat transfer, then the second stage is a delayed tummy tuck, usually by 3-6 months. Make sure you find a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and accept nothing less. Safety is the most important thing!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
