Inner thigh lipo disaster. Can it be corrected? (Photo)

I am sorry to hear about your contour irregularity. The inner thighs should NEVER be aggressively liposuctioned. With the "caved in" appearance you are showing, it will ideally take a medial thigh lift to tighten and remove the remaining skin. Another option, although not optimal, would be having fat transferred back to the area. Best of luck to you and please see a board certified plastic surgeon. 

this likely needs a revision procedure with skin removal/thigh lift, fat grafting and internal heating to fix. please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

The pictures are not enough to properly evaluate the problem and you need an in-person consultation with a local plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Jill So sorry you are enduring this complication,  and this emphasizes the importance of choosing an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon for any liposuction procedure. However there are treatment options for your problem. Those options include fat transfer with micro liposuction contouring, or mini inner thigh lift. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.

Inner thigh liposuction is a very tricky area as the fat and skin are quite different in this location compared to the rest of the body. Sometimes a mini thigh lift is the only solution to a poorly performed inner thigh procedure. In the mini thigh lift a crescent or moon or banana shape of skin and fat is removed from the upper inner thigh hiding the scar in the groin

you have a very difficult problem. you will likely need some minimal liposuction combined with autologous fat transfer to the deficits you have photographed. Please consult a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in fat transfer and reconstruction.

"Your issues need ONLY in person evaluation. Over the RS internet very hard to see the inner things issues. My guess is if you have 500 cc's of useable fat than fat transfer could be possible. Or I might offer multiple vial injections of Sculptra (around 20 vials @ $500/vial). As for higher riding TT incision. Only gaining 20+ sounds to stretch the abdomen might allow a downward scar revision. Otherwise maybe a decorative tattoo would hide the scar/incision. " MY previous response reposted. You need ONLY IN PERSON EVALUATIONS. Also the new FDA approved Renuva could be injected to regrow your fat. Both Renuva and Sculptra are very expensive profducts.
