Ripples on the nipple after changing to gel silicone

Question

I hád Saline implants for 10 year and now i changed tô gel silicone and i can fell a air bubble followed by a lot riples on on of my implants, its been 6 month and still there . Should i do a mri tô see if there is a defect on the silicone?

you would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. If you have ripping it may be because you do not have enough soft tissue coverage. Perhaps they are sub glandular?

Exchange to silicone implants does not completely eliminate rippling.  You likely have thinned out tissue from your previous implants for 10 years.  Follow up with your plastic surgeon for an opinion.  Fat grafting may be an option for you to help eliminate rippling.  Best wishes.
