Ripples on the nipple after changing to gel silicone

I hád Saline implants for 10 year and now i changed tô gel silicone and i can fell a air bubble followed by a lot riples on on of my implants, its been 6 month and still there . Should i do a mri tô see if there is a defect on the silicone?

Best to see your operative surgeon tomorrow to examine the nipple area. Might just be bruising but only an in person look can give a better dx.

After 4 days it is impossible to say what will happen with the shape of the breast. That being said if you had closure of the pocket near the armpit it is not uncommon for the nipple to point out until everything heals and settles. Follow closely with your surgeon to monitor your progress.

Based on your photo, the plates that you were seeing may just represent edema, or may represent some visibility of the implant pocket. Considering surgery was very recent, it will take time for things to settle into final position. I would recommend follow up with your board-certified plastic...
