I would allow another 3-6 months before making any decisions.  Scars take at least a full year to mature and these may improve with time.  Keep in touch with your surgeon so they can evaluate your progress and make suggestions as needed.

Thank you for your picture. I think your facelift incision is well healed. If you hadn't noticed it and only your hairdresser at close range then it is more than acceptable. Healed incisions will continue to improve with time. The only recommendation I would suggest would be a good sunscreen for overall protection of your skin and specifically your healed incisions.  Best wishes
