My PS took my face fat away and that ruined my face fully. Why would a plastic surgeon do that without consent during FL?

What I do notice about your face is that you very young for someone to have a SMAS facelift. When one has a facelift, changes occur in the subdermal fat.  Generally those changes are helpful.  The issue is that the punishment should fit the crime.  If you have a face that warrants a facelift, it means that surgery is reasonable because the potential risk of the facelift are outweighed by the potential benefits.  For young persons, it is unlikely that the facelift will be helpful.  I suspect that might be your case.  I do not think that the advice that you should go back to your original plastic surgeon, while well meaning, is sound.  We really know nothing about your relationship with your plastic surgeon but 77 posts suggest that this relationship is not a healthy one.  I wonder if the negative result has caused psychological distress.  If so, in my experience, the first step in getting better is to heal emotionally by working with a mental health professional.  This will help you move forward with whatever next step you need to take if you ultimately need reconstructive surgery after an unsatisfactory facelift.

but this is your version and if your photos were evaluated by others, its possible many may find your current result more appealing.  But in the end, its really up to the patient's perception since their's is the most important.  If fat was removed, fat grafting can recreate what you may have lost with your procedure.  If truly the fault of your surgeon, I'm confident he/she will do what they can to make this better for you.  If its due to some other factor, most surgeons have revision policies and you should explore this with your surgeon.

None of us can second guess what was done or why without more knowledge of the situation.  Having said that, fat grafting can often restore lost volume in the most natural way. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon and if you are not satisfied seek a second opinion.  When obtaining a second opinion, photographs and operative notes are imperative for the reviewing doctor to make an informed opinion.

Photos would go a long way toward understanding your concerns.Without them, anything said is purely guesswork.Talk with your surgeon. Look at your before photos and seek a second opinion if needed.

You need to schedule a visit with your surgeon.  Do not be afraid to express your concerns.  It is unusual for a face to look gaunt after a facelift.
