I've got into coc for over 2years, just weekends. I stopped cuz my nose started to look skinnier around valve area. It's been over2months now,but noticed creases forming around nostrils. Stuck fingers into my nose to check septum n I swear I felt something bony like in my left nostril, its to deep up to see so I stuck a Qtip n saw very subtle blood. I'm freakin out now cuz my septum was fine a month ago. Is this damage going to continue even though it's been over 2months? Do I need nose surgery?

I have
my patients from out of town stay for at least one
week post-op so I can evaluate them and remove the splint and sutures. I make
sure they’re
doing well before they leave. I allow my patients to travel by air 7-10 days
post-op if they
use Afrin spray during take offs and landings.
I would really need to examine you to determine what your options would be. Of course at your age you need parental consent. I have performed rhinoplasty in girls as young as 15, usually a few years older for boys.
You are doing most of the things to minimize/reduce bruising after rhinoplasty.Although pulsed dye lasers can help a little, bruising is usually short lived and coverable with a small amount of camouflaging make-up.The bruising should resolve soon
