Cocaine nose damage. Do I need nose surgery?

You should seek a consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon experienced in nasal reconstruction. You might have just soft tissue damage which will typically heal once the tissue has recovered from the cocaine injury. This can be facilitated with nasal saline sprays and antibiotic ointments. However, if you do have a septal perforation (a hole that connects the two sides of the nasal airway) it might require surgery for repair. It's great that you have not picked up again. Without photos and exam- it's impossible to comment accurately. Would be essential to see the photos. Generally speaking, nasal deformities including those caused by cocaine are improvable provided you stop using this drug immediately.

The most common damage from nasal cocaine would be a septal perforation. This may lead to crusting and bleeding. Consider discussing your concerns with a reputable specialist.
