What can I do to reduce under-eye bruising after rhinoplasty?

I had a rhinoplasty on Wed (today is Fri). I began bruising under my eyes IMMEDIATELY after the surgery, and my doc said I am more bruised than most patients. I've been icing round the clock like he told me to (while I sleep at night I've been waking up every hour to ice instead). My head is elevated, I'm taking the BS arnica, drinking lots of pineapple juice, resting, etc. What else can I do? The swelling is not so distressing, but knowing I am excessively bruised makes me feel bad!
