I had revision rhinoplasty with my surgeon about 4 years ago. There were minor things I didn’t like but tried to accept my nose. I finally went to my surgeon to see my options this past Friday. I wanted to rasp a slight hump on bridge and he said no to that since I have soft tissue and gave me a Kenalog shot instead after 4 years and now I have a dark discoloration on my nose. It’s been 3 days. Should he inject normal saline weekly for a month to reverse it or how? What are my options to fix it?
