Hello dear community! Thank you in advance for your time and advice. 1 year ago I had an liposuction...and result is really bad, pictures are attached. Overdone...What do to? Revision lipo? Fat grafting?...my main goal now-eliminate as much as possible these awful holes..it looks so rude...Especially my right side...

Answer: This is why you DON'T get lipo with big canulas under general anesthesia for best results. This is fixable but needs to be done under tum. local with the micro cannulas. Since you are awake and comfortable, I would stand you up occasionally during the procedure to fine tune the results so you don't get these irregularities which you do get when you can't stand the patients up during gen. anesthesia with the big cannulas. There may be some need for fat grafting but probably not with all the smoothing out that is needed around the areas.

Answer: Liposuction correction Thank you for the photos. The photos shows liposuction contour irregularities. The hardest areas to fix are the ones that are most depressed. These areas can be improved with revision liposuction where the areas are sculpted with a liposuction cannula that is not on suction. This will reduce the high areas and move fat to the low areas. You will also need some fat grafting to the low areas. Following the procedure you will need to keep smooth even compression on the area. You may not get perfection with the first revision but it will look a lot better. Make sure to review your needs with a plastic surgeon that is experienced with liposuction and fat grafting.Best WishesDr. Peterson
