They can take 6 to 12 months to get to their appropriate position. This is the "drop and fluff" phenomenon that folks are talking about. Please follow your Plastic Surgeon's instructions. I agree, your implants are pretty high. At two weeks, it's way too early to assume that this is your final result. My guess is that your skin and muscles were quite tight. In time, all should improve and you will look more natural. Be patient and good luck

Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result. Implants are weighed in grams or cc. Implants of equal grams or cc weigh the same. The style or manufacturer does not make a difference.
Sizing should always be done in consultation with your plastic surgeon. The best results are typically achieved after careful measurements of the breast are performed and the goals are discussed. See my video link below for better ideas.
