I am two week post op 420 cc Saline implants my implants haven't dropped at all is that normal for them to be up very high still

Hello Reeree. It’s too early to get measured and it’s likely your DD cup is not accurate. I suggest you wait until 8 weeks for a more accurate measurement. The final results are always 1 year after surgery. I think you’ll be around a D cup +/- 1 cup. Best wishes. Dr. Aldo

Asymmetry present before surgery will remain if you add identical implants to each side. Volume asymmetry, that is. If you have positional or anatomic asymmetry, this too should not be changed by adding identical implants to each side, assuming they scar, heal, drop, soften, and settle the same...

Great question. Silicone implants are actually measured in grams, so a 335 will weigh 335g regardless of what type of gel is in it. Discussion about implants still seems to happen in terms of cc's, however that is only relevant when it comes to saline implants. Hope that helps!

Sizing should always be done in consultation with your plastic surgeon. The best results are typically achieved after careful measurements of the breast are performed and the goals are discussed.  See my video link below for better ideas.

Thank you so much for this question. It looks to me also that you need better tissue support and this is where the natural breasts are located on your body. Perhaps with a breast lift there could be some improvements. I suggest you speak with your plastic surgeon.Good luck. Dr. ALDO
