Implants are weighed in grams or cc.  Implants of equal grams or cc weigh the same.  The style or manufacturer does not make a difference.

Sizing should always be done in consultation with your plastic surgeon. The best results are typically achieved after careful measurements of the breast are performed and the goals are discussed.  See my video link below for better ideas. 

Thank you so much for this question. It looks to me also that you need better tissue support and this is where the natural breasts are located on your body. Perhaps with a breast lift there could be some improvements. I suggest you speak with your plastic surgeon.Good luck. Dr. ALDO
