Should I do 2nd revision to make hips symmetrical & left side projection reduced to match right projection w good results? photo

I had lipo with fat transfer to butt and hips April 2013 resulting my left hip was straight, as well as starting higher up and left projection was more than right. Revision June 2014 with same surgeon to correct depression of left hip, to have both hips start at the same level, reducing left projection. Revision included lipo of tummy again and inner thighs. I weighed 127lb so my thighs were not big to begin with. Hips are still asymmetrical, left still projects more. He wants to charge again

With any kind of fat transfer, results can't be guaranteed for any specific period of time. With that being said, find a surgeon who is: reputable, qualified, and a facility that makes you feel comfortable. Most of the time you'll get excellent results but once in awhile a revision may be necessary, it may be no fault of the surgeon. If your plastic surgeon is making you feel comfortable, making you a priority, and working towards meeting or exceeding your expectations- go for it! Maintaining a sterile surgery center and qualified medically trained staff is very costly, it's fair to have a cost associated with a revision. Good luck! Wishing you a happy and healthy journey!
