Thanks for your question. A BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Based on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend either uploading pictures from the side and back as well for a better evaluation or scheduling a consult. Based on your picture, looks like you're a good candidate, however, I recommend gaining around 5 pounds naturally, so you can have more fat to extract and work with.

You’re probably not a bad candidate for a BBL.
You’re young, you have tight skin and enough subcutaneous fat to get improvements from liposuction and fat transfer.
To make an accurate assessment we need quality pictures.
Take a look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea.
Use the timer on your camera or have someone else take the pictures.
We need pictures of you standing in a neutral position, showing your front, side, and rearview from your shoulders to just below your knees.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize.
Finding somebody who has mastered this procedure can be a bit challenging.
I suggest patient start the process by having multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons and their community who seem to have a strong track record for this procedure.
Bring pictures of your own body to use as a reference during the consultation.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics to your own.
