Can a BBL reduce flexibility?

I am a dancer for work and i want to get a bbl, maybe I'm being paranoid, but is there any chance of it reducing flexibility or making me stiff? like in the hip area if there is lots of scar tissue development? sorry for the silly question

This symptoms can limit movement and flexibility, specially lower back and butt area.
