I had lower blepharoplasty and cheek implants 4 days ago. Left lower eyelid droops. Any suggestions? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your case and photos.  Overall, you look pretty good for four days after an extensive procedure.  Make sure that your surgeon is aware of your condition.  Oculoplastic surgeons (eyelid specialists) can fix the drooping eyelid if it does not return to its normal position.  There are certain non-surgical techniques that may help, as well.  Good luck with your recovery!

You do have some ectropion of the left lower lid.  Not sure why it isn't taped up like the right one.  As the swelling goes down it may come up.  Make sure your surgeon knows it is low as he may want to tape that side up.  

It is difficult to assess the eyelid droop when you are not looking straight at the camera. If by looking straight at the camera there is still drooping of the left lower lid, then you will need surgery to pull it up. RegardsDr, Janjua

at postop day 4, you are not seeing your final result. Give yourself a chance to heal. If these issues persist, discuss with your surgeon.

You definitely have more exposure on the one eye and this may be the angle you took the photo.  But if not, then you should discuss with tyro surgeon. He may want you to massage or tape or both.
